Production

The first Production site for the L 28 was Ahlbin & Waern in Öregrund, where the prototype was made 1966. A production crew of 10 was calculated to produce one boat per week. The interior was made in Östhamar  It was only 5 boats which were built here.
The mast and boom was - like the L 32 - made in Glasfiber by Oscar Plym. An Albin O21 Kombi was included in the price which was 59.700 SEK, but excluding sails.

In 1967 the production moved to Arla Plastindustries in Luleå, where about 34 boats were produced

Third production site - still in Luleå - was  "Norrbotens Plast" - later renamed to Norrlandsplast -, where production of the majority of the L28s (No. 134 to 250) began early 1969.

When production stopped in 1982, the plugs were sold to Fiberplast in Västerås, but has never been used since.
